Course Schedule
Saturday, March 28, 2026 • 15:00–21:00
- 15:00–15:30 Welcome meeting, session goals overview, group assignment
- 15:30–17:00 Session 1 in the water – TI technique fundamentals, balance & body position drills, video filming
- 17:00–18:00 Video analysis, introduction to tempo, footage review
- 18:00–18:30 Break
- 18:30–20:00 Session 2 in the water – movement coordination, rhythm & fluency work
- 20:00–21:00 Summary, individual tips, development plan, certificates
2 pool sessions – session 1 focuses on learning/refining technique and video filming, session 2 on coordination, rhythm, and fluency.
